Product delivery should be within 10 working days . If stock is not readily available we will email or phone you to advise you of a slight delay
Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate delivery information may result in delays. If we incur a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers due to inaccurate delivery information provided by you, that charge will be passed on to you.
Cancellation of orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Cancellations are not accepted once the order has left our premises.
We work closely with our couriers to ensure prompt arrival of your products, but there may be times when deliveries are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Should you require urgent delivery for a certain date, or have special delivery requirements please contact us on info@logicoaustralia.com or mobile 0419513763 so that we can avoid any disappointment. While we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date we will do our best to assist you. Express Post Service is available upon request however we will charge you based on the express postage cost, which will vary depending on the destination, weight and deadline.
**An additional surcharge may apply for orders to areas outside major regional and metropolitan centres over 5kg in weight or large in size to some areas in WA, NT, SA, QLD, TAS, NSW.
The customer is responsible for informing us if an order does not arrive. Once informed, we will work with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
Our couriers attempt to deliver between 8:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday only. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
